    Hi guys

Ive decided i wanna start wrtiing a blog. Mostly based on personal stuff, views blah blah blah.

Im not sure how well it will do but its more to get stuff out of my head lol

Where is the best place to set one up and in terms of money a place that can earn well if the blog does well eg. incorporating adsense, affiliates etc etc.

Ive heard that getting a free web domain and free hosting, then making it in wordpress might a good approach but any suggestions guys would be great.

    Matt

No, I'd highly recommend Wordpress for this. It is really a blessing if you understand it :)

I would recommend Wordpress also but would steer away from free blogs, get your own domain and hosting which doesnt cost that much...if in the future your blog becomes successful then you actually own it and not some company that gives you free blogs...

    I'll second that!

But, if you really feel you can not afford your own website, try wordpress.org. Keep copies of all your posts so you will have them when you are ready to switch to your own website.
