Where to send bought traffic?

If I buy traffic from parked domains and whatnot... Do I send them directly to the landing page or should I send them to an article pointing to the landing page?
From Google's stand of point or whatever, Will I get flagged if I send it directly to the landing page?

I'm doing it more for the traffic volume if that makes sense.
If I understand correctly it should rank me higher on Alexa (And perhaps google?)
Or will it just mess me up having tons of people that bounce as soon as they hit the page?

Just send directly to your landing page. There is no flagging or anything like that.
