If I buy traffic from parked domains and whatnot... Do I send them directly to the landing page or should I send them to an article pointing to the landing page?
From Google's stand of point or whatever, Will I get flagged if I send it directly to the landing page?
    Thanks.

Bear in mind that if you happen to get a conversion from these it´d be a miracle.

However, if you aim for diluting CTR, having the referrer spoofed/faked is a better option than just plain sending people to the LP, but do all the checks necessary before launching that or you´re banned.

Sorry if that´s not what you mean.

I'm doing it more for the traffic volume if that makes sense.
If I understand correctly it should rank me higher on Alexa (And perhaps google?)
Or will it just mess me up having tons of people that bounce as soon as they hit the page?

Just send directly to your landing page. There is no flagging or anything like that.
