Where to sell / what to do with DATA?

Good evening,

here's the thing. I have an unlimited access to zoominfo pro (largest and most up-to-date database of companies and employees around the world) and I've built myself a scraper (which was a BITCH). So now I can get millions of emails in any country, any sector and industry. From Technical Support to CEO's - mostly company emails (no gmail, no hotmail). I imagine a smart and experienced person could figure out many ways to bank from this.

Now, is there a place I could sell these (custom if needed) databases and for how much? Or maybe you have any ideas I could make money myself? The problem is that I have zero email marketing experience and not so much money to burn.
