Where to sell virtual product project?

Hi, I have a virtual product and a website for it, which has sales already, but I want to sell the entire project. I am trying to find a buyer, but there's nowhere to tell that I am selling it, unless I have to donate forum or to buy classifieds.. On site flipping, I can't add new post, else where seems to be paid. On another forums too. Maybe you can suggest some forums or websites where I could tell people I am selling a project and don't pay for that? How did you sold your project?
