Are you trying to sell(flip) the website, or are you trying to sell the software to people who'd come on to play(users)?

Activeden.net (flash) or codecanyon.net (php, asp.net etc.) would be good places to start. There are lots of other site where you could sell it (some big gaming sites actually pay you a pretty decent money for exclusive rights to browser games).. Just visit some sites and try to see e.g. "sell your game" link in the footer!

Yeah, I have a software program as well.

Ranking organically could take awhile in that kind of niche, but when I was first starting out; I sold a ton on Ebay. They have specific rules about digital downloads, but you can always just burn it to a blank cd to get into more sections.
