I guess I could create a service, I just know the approval time these days is incredibly long.
This is an interesting question. are there any agencies out there that specialize in such things. Lets say I have a PR5 blog that I am willing to rent links on, but I dont want to go through the hassle of finding buyers. Are there any options for agencies/tools out there that can sell the links and take a cut of the profits?
