Where to sell my site?

HI
i have a high traffic site, my site is new established it has one month but it is viral ...
I would like to sell it, i heared about flippa but i am worried that i listed and i dont get the right price because it is a new site !
any suggestion please?

Be sure to gather all the traffic and revenue datas (if any). That's important when selling because buyers look onto that. Make it sure that traffic is consistent. Buyers ask for traffic sources for them to be sure they're investing to a legit traffic site. Prepare yourself for questions and be sure to answer them accordingly. IMO, it'll be a lil hard to sell a new site with high traffic.. we all know that traffic can be bought so, prepare yourself to justify your site's traffic/revenue method/sources.

I'd had great success in selling sites on DP.. yeah I know it sounds lame but there are a lot of newbs there who buy left and right. Also, its free to list for sale sites there.
