Where to sell my services

I know WordPress.
I know how to develop websites, from personal websites to ecommerce websites.
But I don't know where to sell my services.
What you suggest:
-Craiglist;
-Ebay;
-Freelancer websites ( you know what I am talking about );
-E-mail promotion;
-Offline promotion;
-Social Media;

What do you suggest?

Fiverr and odesk Always work for me.

I've used Fiverr last year, for android app reviews ( and I did some money ). For the web design I want something else.
If a customer search over the Fiverr, or PPH, or Freelancer, he probably know some market tips, and he will give a low price for my services. I mean, I don't expect hundreds per hour, but on freelancers the competition is huge, and the prices are so low. You know what I mean...

You can try Elance, fiverr and Odesk, when you will get your first good reviews on those sites, then new clients will come every day.

First of all I can suggest you to build a website. This is your first thing to do to present yourself and your work in the right way (looks really professional).
After that you can go for Freelancer, Odesk and Elance. It's not simple because there are a lot Indian/Pakistan competitors.

I don't mention they because of racism but because in their countries the cost of living is really cheap and they are happy to earn few dollars for a job that is definitely worth more.
So try to offer their prices at the beginning to get works and after, when you've some feedbacks and some credibility, get paid for what your work is really worth.
