we have too much traffic. About 4million interstitial uniques per month (we're a url shortener). So far we have pretty bad experiences, with CPMs from 0.1-0.5(MAX!). The rates also go down over time and I wonder if I'm being taken advantage of ("lets see how far down we can screw it").
Does anyone have a recommondation for a reliable ad network that offers Direct Links for iframe interstitials?
I tried using offers but utterly failed. Used CPAGrip on some US traffic to show some offers and they literally got 0 conversions. Other networks show we do have conversions and 7.5% CTR.
Any help is appreciated.

You can use iframe traffic for generate cpm like our network it can work i think
