where to sell fanapge?

Ok ,guys im a complete Noob when it comes to IM so i need your expert advice.I have a fanpage with 34000 fans,i am a designer and i was making money with the page through Tspring.I have moved to other methods and now i just want to sell it.As of today where would be the best place to sell it?

PS:if this is the wrong section then admins may remove this thread.I dont really post in this forum,so i am not familiar with it.

1. Look for people that need it
2. Post a thread in the marketplace (need to be Jr. Vip and the thread fees are $20, I think).
