Quick Question,
I have access, to purchase investment quality Diamonds at way way below wholesale prices. Any Ideas of the best way to monitize this situation that I find myself in?? Maybe a nice little buyers (niche market) to capitalize on and target? Any ideas of How to turn over Investment Quality Diamonds quickly, easily & for the maximum profit?

My guess would be that not a lot of people around here are in the flipping diamonds business. Probably google would be your better shot at some answers.

you can usually just sell em to jewelers? or start a site and sell them from there?

I heard this kid on the bus to Bangkok east station Thailand two years ago whh travelling with this thai bird I was shagging he said Im sending 115 diamonds and I always wondered what he was doing and where he got the diamonds from.

Ahh I mist that place SO much

I should have visited Tokyo and Korea too

Anyway anybody in Thailand care to reveal what could be the profits and method this kid was doing?

Amazon or ebay should be good choices, you can start your own site tough and offer it for international. But it's not easy to get targeted traffic that buy diamond in your site.
