i have a website and am looking to sell ads personally as the cpm i am getting is crap. is there a website where i can post my ads such as an admarketplace?

I guess the most common one everyone is aware of is BuySellAds. However, your website must meet their requirements. I've had a lot of mine rejected, although they had many views each day.
