I have 50k fans facebook page (created 31st Jan) , and I would like to sell it.
Where could I sell it, since I need some money quick?

isn't the original creator of a page a permanent admin to that page? How would you sell it to someone if you will still have control over that page?

Set another user as an admin and then de-fan the page on the administrator's account.

Alternatively, if it's a fake account I believe you could simply give them the password to the account as well.
