where to search for link

Really depends what you want those links to do!
i.e. traffic or seo or both!
If your looking for traffic then you want to look at article submissions, social bookmarking, rss feed submits and blog commenting on related blogs!
If your looking for seo then all of the above apply but really any where you can see or find with an option to leave a link then do it
