Sit down and think about what do people you know need. Do they need SEO, do they need a website designed, do they need someone to promote their services, etc.

It depends on what you are trying to resell. I had some experience with knocking some Web developers door. Most of the time, they are also interestng on upselling their customers with further SEO package.
You can also scrape a huge list of contact form from web designer, and spam it with your sales pitch.

This is a clear example of the quality of the people lately here in BHW. The OP did not check any were, did nothing on its own. And some sucker will end up buying this resell service witch I am guessing OP has no idea about since it not even knew were to sell it.
