Where to put niche Keywords

Hey,

I am starting to go for niche keywords now.
I found a few (around 30) and wonder where to put them:
My site is a PR4 site.
The blog of this page gets a PR3.

So what would be better:
1. http://www.mysite.com/niche-keyword.html (standalone page)
2. http://www.mysite.com/blog/2011/06/niche-keyword/ (wordpress page)

I am going to promote it with SeNuke and AMR !

Use wordpress and combine it with option no. 1.

It's only if your site is getting really big, that you might benefit from option 2, due to faster pageload, due to the website structure.
