Hi. I'm using Adscendmedia right now. What is better - put content locker on site or use file/link gateway (hosted) option? Or it is whatever? I think that which people download often? Sorry for my english, thank you

    It matters...
You can try their file gateway and if it does not convert as well as you wish try their content locker. Just test it yourself for the best results.

From personal experience in the past i just make the website look like its filled with goodies and content lock the whole page, than when they finish an offer and see the site is not really filled with goodies ,they leave, i really need to fill the site with goodies but i am lazy, ill learn one day.
