Where to purchase an established twitter account?

I am in a situation where I would like to have the appearance of a successful jp->us localization company. This is the case in reality, but because I don't use twitter I am at a disadvantage contacting certain clients.

It should be enough to have a US account with some nontrivial number of followers, but I am open to suggestions. I do not currently operate a twitter, so I would like to purchase an existing one if possible.

I would need this in the immediate future.
