Where to promote self-created e-book?

Ok, let's say if I have created an e-book and all my sales pitch website is done.. how do I go about to have affiliates market my product for me?

I'm planning to give 60% commission. And I got a good feeling that this product WILL BE a BLAST and with VERY LOW Refunds! Because my "contents" has helped people and me.. I even have REAL testimonials and evidence of my old website to show.

Set up a youtube page and have promotional videos. Get an affiliate program software and have your affiliates copy your videos and make there own channel. It will go viral and you'll have literally hundreds of youtube accounts all promoting your ebook.

I be using my Clickbank as the payment processor though. I am wondering on how to get the attention of Clickbank affiliates to help me promote it. I'm still trying to get more ideas
