Where to post about banners?

If I wanted to offer free banner designs for 10-20 BHW members (trying to get known here for design work) where would I post the offer? I don't want to pay to post in the buy/sell section....

I can use some design work for two websites which are pretty plain, just a landing page with the order form right on it. If you can code a subscription based order form which go on it as well, I can pay you pretty good.
