I have tired Google and Sedo so far , both rejected , its exact brand name .

Think about "brand name" ..... now think about why you are rejected ..... :yield:

You'll have a tough time doing anything with brand name domain. It's not even worth getting into such a thing because your destined to fail.

they wont accept you because they can get sued if its a brand name. end of story

They don't want to get into legal trouble, thats why. Almost all domain parking programs would do the same. You might want to look for other monetizing options for such domain.

You will get sued before making any money and is not worth it, but that's just my opinion of course.
