Ive tried the main outsourcing websites but is there a web design specific marketplace with talented people? 99designs and places like that have very poor quality
Not sure if Fiverr would give you good results on this. I've seen some people on there offering cheap services like this, but I can't be too sure on how good the quality of the work it. It's worth a look though.
