Where To Move For One Year+?

We have decided on Australia. We're just not so sure about Sydney as the cost is really hard. We're trying to look up apartments and get some living cost estimates but it's really hard to find. Especially since I can't just search Sydney as a whole. I have to search individual places which I don't even know, like certain parts of Sydney. Anyway though can't wait to get out there.

Why don't you move to Belgium instead of Netherlands... you'll face less problems with money & bank privacy

I've lived in most of the places you named - I liked Sydney & Melbourne the best. Melbourne is cheaper than Sydney if that is important

Hi buddy, living cost estimation is AU$1500/month for each of you (you and your roommate), and that is living in the suburbs. I can give you advices of which suburbs are good to live in. Are you planning to share an apartment with other people of would you rather rent one whole apartment for both of you guys only?

New Zealand all the way. I was lucky enough to spend a year living there and it was incredible. The country's natural beauty and weather are hard to beat and the Kiwis were very welcoming to outsiders. One caveat is it is fairly expensive almost everything is imported and you will be about as far as you can get from your family if you get home sick.

Man I have been in the US my whole life and I am fighting to move my family to Canada. Maybe you can tell ME where I should be moving after I get my permanent residency approved?

I didn't like montreal too much. Of all the places I've ever traveled to, the only nightclubs where I couldn't pick up chicks for the life of me were the ones in Montreal. It's also really cold, expensive and there's too much traffic. Dude, why don't you go to Latin America or Asia?

Venezuela has really hot girls, awesome weather and it's very cheap. The beaches are amazing as well. Just choose a secure city.

In Asia I really loved China. I lived in Beijing four months and absolutely loved it. The internet is crap, though so keep that in mind. On the other hand, everything is so cheap. A pack of cigarettes is like one dollar.

I am originally from Mexico and there are 5-6 cities here that are amazing. Cheap stuff, VERY laid back rules (no taxes), hot girls and amazing night life. Of course there are some cities that suck.

I'm currently living in the US to finish my degree and I don't like it as much. I've been traveling to several cities but really there's nothing here that even compares to what other countries have to offer.

Eastern Europe is another attractive choice, but I found it very hard to settle down. I lived in Poland three months and it was really hard to get to know people.

Anyways I hope this helped.

Sydney is EXPENSIVE. I just moved from there up the coast, and for the price of my crappy 2 bedroom apartment I had in one of the worst suburbs in Australia (crime-wise) I now have a waterfront mansion.

Either move to Toronto or Vancouver. Been to Toronto before and I have nothing but great things to say! Wish I can visit again this year!

The most jobs in the USA are in Washington, DC.... if the visa should work out.
