where to look for best templates/themes?

i have a niche topic and want to create articles website to monetize it with adsense.

i want to start with buying beautiful and outstanding template or theme. so far in google searches i have found anything eyecatching.

try fiverr, elance, or odesk to look for someone to create a template exactly according to your wishes
 
themeforest is a great site with high quality themes for cheap prices
 
There used to be a website named Gaaks.com and they had tons of themes, plugins, and everything for multiple CMS's. It's down now, sadly. Thankfully, I downloaded over 50 new themes before they went down 2 weeks ago. Try looking in themeforest and woothemes websites them get the theme name and type "nulled" at the end and do a google search.
 
Give ThemeForest a try, they have very nice themes.
 
I always found what I need on themeforest, they have plenty of templates there, also great previews.
 
For wordpress site I suggest Elegant themes or StudioPress Themes, for Joomla site I suggest RocketTheme.

I have posted the latest version of the best WP ThemeForest Template on this forum just this morning.
