I suggest you to visit Tivat, Montenegro.
Apartment in the city center can not find for $ 300-500 / month. And you have a port that is almost like a small town, Porto Montenegro.

Located beautiful UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor, Porto Montenegro is a luxury development that features waterfront homes, a nautical village and a superyacht marina.

With the sea on our doorstep and architecture that mirrors the nearby Venetian towns of Kotor and Perast, Porto Montenegro melds a spectacular destination with a world-class marina and services. It features 450 secure berths ranging from 12 to 180 metres, offering short and long term berth lease / license options (up to 30 years).

Complemented by spacious waterside residences, signature restaurants, lively bars and a wide range of sports, leisure and cultural activities, Porto Montenegro was created with every aspect of the yacht owner, crew and guests? experience in mind. Yacht-friendly legislation offers some of the most favourable benefits in Europe, while 24/7 Yacht Assist experts help with everything from supplying your favourite champagne to solving technical problems. Other advantages include duty-free fuel, tax-free wine, champagne and spirits, onsite customs and immigration, local repair, maintenance and management services and reduced VAT on marine services. Access is easy via three nearby international airports. The closest ? Tivat Airport ? is only seven minutes drive away.

My town, Capljina, Bosnia and Herzegovia.

100$ is cost of rent for 80 m/2 apartment, 4 rivers, amazing weather, 15 minutes from sea in Croatia.
Cheap prices, cigarets=1.5$, restoraunt dinner or breakfast = 4-5$, internet= 10mbps speed.

I travelled a lot, but for me, best place to live forever.

Amazing people, no robberyes, no mafia, small city with almost no traffic rush, 1km taxi= 0.3$, amazing places to go out at night.

Beer=1$.

such a awesome city!
