Looks nice, but tbh, I'm rather not buying the "no mafia" part for a B&H city near the sea, if you know what I mean ;)

You don't need english, only when ordering coffe, fast food, etc.

Almost everyone knows english and if they don't they will try to understand you, we are not rude to strangers.
 
Thank you so much so many opinions.
I learn french for 5 years and few days ago i didnt remember how to say "hello" Lol . so its normal if you dont practice you forget everything really fast.
Well united states is out of my plans not because i dont want to visit it but because i plan to do it in future with more money.
I find bulgaria , bosnia and malaysia really cool. Thanks

In this town no one is killed in last 5 years maybe, 1 car crush per month, you can walk alone in 4am with pockets full of money and no one will try to rob you.

It's great, it was most beautiful town in ex. Jugoslavia.

Nowdays, you can't find piece of paper on the road, grass is perfect, no homeless dogs, clean air, no factories.

Average monthly salary is 300$ and if you can make 1000$ online, you can live like a boss here.

Bottle of Jack Daniels in club is 25$, drinks are like 1-3$.

Hotel room is 10$, car fuel is 1$/liter.

Amazing place to live, if you have some money.


Also, this is weather for april/may.

From alot of Romanians I have spoken to and read some postings on a question board a ton of movies they watch are in English with Romanian subtitles.
If you learn English from 2nd grade to last year of secondary school, how can you forget so easy when almost every movie you watch is going to be in English as well as so many TV series.

There are several things which makes a Romanian speak well those foreign languages you mention of (I am not talking here about the accent, because that remains and few Romanians can get rid of it totally).

Well, duh, everyone prefers listening to the original actors' voices over sub par voice overs, obviously. Try watching some French movies with English voice overs and without, see the difference.

You read the subs in the movies, that's why they put them on top of the movie.

But by hearing the audio your still getting influenced by it, no one goes to a foreign language movie and puts in ear plugs.

Do you think people who watch anime can have an ad hoc conversation with a Japanese person other than "Nee senpai, choto mate kudashai" & "itadakimasu"? :o

Most of those people don't actually spend several years taking Japanese classes they just go and learn a few words while they are in their anime fad phase. Now if they went out and learned Japanese for 5 years or more and also watched anime pretty often they would probably be able to have a decent but non complicated conversation.

Unless you use or put in application what you've learned, you tend to not remember things, like a language.

Does the people understand and speak english?
 
Calling it now. In 10 years time all the major earners on this forum with live in Capljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The crime rate will rise and there will be a "blackhat Mafia". The Blackhat Mafia will go around and require people to complete one CPA offer per day.. if they refuse they get iced.

On second thought, maybe I shouldn't move to Capljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
 
Eastern Europe is rather cheap to live in. Minimum wage in Lithuania for example is around 350 $ and many people are living with this amount of income. Most people make much more with Internet Marketing than that. Internet is amazing anywhere here as well. Lithuania is in top 10 countries with one of the best Internet infrastructure and reliabily in the world.
