I personally use poloniex
Not stating there is an issue with above listed site, just my preference.
BTC is climbing and dropping currently, I suspect it'll keep moving up but have also.heard great things about the potential for role as well. Always be sure to take information from sites with a grain of salt and investigate every detail your self before jumping in head first.

If you have big funds to invest. then invest in Bitcoin. If u have less amount to invest then go for Ethereum.

Ethereum- Risky, their price is high because so many people run ICOs with them, ICOs will definitely get less popular now as most are junk. EOS also hold a fuck load of ETH and could crash the price by themselves, which they may do seeing as they're building a competitor to ETH lol.

Ripple- I have a decent amount with ripple, still more risky than litecoin or bitcoin though imo.

Bitcoin- would wait for a dip first.

Litecoin- I'd go with this for long term if I was picking 1 of your 4. Check out IOTA aswell.

ETH = Short Term Growth
Ripple = Short Term
BTC (Bitcoin) = Longterm Growth
LTC = Long Term Growth

ETH/BTC have more stability than the other two coins so I'd start with them first then invest in ripple/litecoin afterwards.
