If you have experience with websites, buy a growing affiliate or AdSense website earning approx $100/month for $4000 or less. Optimize it, add more content & backlinks using the remaining budget and scale.
If you can take it to $300+ in next 6 months, sell it for $10,000 and repeat.

Buying an established Youtube channel would be cool if it wasn't so sketchy. Maybe you can find a gem on Flippa to grow a little bit and sell again.

The idea you have about buying a youtube channel is good but there is uch more to it. When you have a youtube channel you are gonna have to make and upload vides at least once every week. If you are not able to create content then your channel will die.You should therefire think about that very carefully.

If you will buy Youtube Channel then you must have to upload videos regularly else your traffic will gradually decrease and If you are planning to Record video then upload in Youtube then why you will purchase a channel with 1000s Dollar, instead of doing that just create several channel and blog related to your channel. It will cost you very less but your income will gradually increas.
For my point of view just spend 500 to 600 in a profit making website and do Joint ventute with them (I am owner of such a website you can do JV with me if you are interested).
Just spend rest 400 to 500 Dollars for Several Youtube channel and website related to the topic and just create one press release website and just keep rest 4000 Dollars with you, You can use that amount any where you want but only in 1000 Dollars you can easily run 4 Different business.

Before you buy a youtube channel you should already know how to create videos and how youtube works etc. otherwise this would be a complete waste of money
