i found the pricing documentation of static Azure pages or Google Cloud Static pages to be very hard to understand...

my landers are 600kb avg...

maybe open a droplet on DigitalOcean? and if that's the best solution.. which droplet should i buy? how much CPUs and etc?

A decent shared host should be fine for static content , static pages use very little cpu and ram.

i would go with upcloud or vultr and throw cloudflare in front of it

I would agree regarding shared hosting. That will be enough for you to get started. Smallest account will cost you minimum and allow you to reach your goal.
