Where to host my Rss?? (Rss including my backlinks)

1) Do you think is better to create an Rss for my backlinks and then ping the rss url than pinging backlinks which are so many

2) Better to create a site to put my Rss or host it for ex. to hostmyrss.org (any other suggestions)
