Hello i'm looking to outsource some of our work and am looking to hire a fulltime indian programer.
Could anyone recommend any popular job websites in india where i can find professional programers for local income ?

Freelancer and upwork have got good Indian programmers. BTW what is the kind of work that you are planning to outsource.

You can also give Facebook ads a try too. One of my friend hired writers from FB ads and it went really well for me All you need is to filter them out and target ads properly.
 
well being a indian programmer.. though i doubt i will work fulltime for you.. anyway my suggestion would be trying some jobs portal
like
naukri.com
monsterjobs
google for job portal india... you will find a few and try on there
or try linkedin for some good..
honestly? what package are you offering? i know some good developers who recently graduated or will graduate in 2 months.. if your package is good for type of quality you want..i will get you in touch with them
 
My best option is upwork just mention Indian only or freelancer as well.
 
Clearly the OP doesn't understand warnings. Long vacation to cool off and hopefully when he comes back he'll be less of a dick (or else). Cleaned up thread again.
