Where to get wordpress plugins without subscription?

Hi, I am trying to find out where I can get wordpress plugins every now and then that dont contain any harmful code.... what platforms can you recommend? Are there some where you dont need a subscription, maybe something where you buy credit for use or just free.

I just checked gpldl.com and the plugin i was looking for needed a 15 Dollar subscription. Deleted member 752298s service is down and needs subscription I guess too. What other platforms are out there? thx

How long do these types of services usually last? Like, if you buy a lifetime license, how long should you realistically expect it to stick around before the service disappears? I get that "lifetime" can mean whatever, but what do you guys typically calculate for that?
