hello, does anyone know the best place to get legit USA VCC's? i want to use for Microsoft Adcenter so i can use my vouchers

I usually use cliffscard. A bit pricey but they work with pretty much every payment processor, unlike the others I've tried.

Almost no chance, the VCC can only work if it has at least $1 inside. Will you give it free to everyone? No you wont
