Where to get tips,news

I think this thread was deleted yestarday so opened again.

Where do you get tips news before a currency pump?
there are some twitter,tradinview guys and some blogs but at the same time there are some telegram groups sharing buy/sell strategy and they want money for this.

I'd like to learn your news source guys.

Lately a lot of ico`s has skyrocked, is it P&P hard to tell time will tell.
