Hello,

I saw it several times on youtube etc. but I can't find a template like this and thats why I'm asking here now.

I hope this is the right section.

I would like to know as well. I've seen the same style of video many times, same background music, and same voice. Maybe it's a fiverr gig?

You could also try goAnimate if you need simple voiceover and animation.
