I'm looking to buy facebook accounts that already have 25 friends on to them, anyone know where I can make this kind of order?

Buying FB accounts doesn't really work well anymore, since you'll be logging in to them from a different IP from the IP they were created on. So therefore it will ask for phone re-verification after not too long.

yes i only need it 1 time use, and after that if its deactivated thats ok. i am just interested in buying accounts that have 25 friends

How many accounts are you looking for? and what if friends are similar but accounts are different?

you can create accounts yourself and use facebook friend adder
or add each other accounts to get friends
