Where to get quality gmail accounts?

Hey everyone, I bought a few gmail accounts from fiverr an some got taken back a couple of months later an the rest got banned not long after buying them. I don't mind losing $10 but it just gets frustrating trying to find an account that works. Does anyone know of a provider that has quality accounts?
