I second for buyproxies.org, whenever your proxies get banned or anything, you'll get a new set of proxies almost instantly

Many proxies provider here offer their private proxies in that format..

buyproxies.org is great!

I've tried using the proxies from buyproxies.org to scrape google without a problem
