Where to get on demand Multi-CD Packs??

Hey all, I'm looking for a service that provides multi-CD set packaging, much like the following site:


However, I need it to be an 'on-demand' service that drops to my customer and allows me to do a short run of just 1 CD print.

Basically I am wanting to provide CD Box-Sets on demand, and so far my searching has come up with nothing. Any ideas where I can get this?

Anyone able to help with this?
