No bugs, totally customizable, open source, good support etc. Can't ask for better.

is it sitting in the tray as an icon? the demo on mibew site looks like you have to visit a website to login, I want to be logged in all the time in tray liek with livezilla, is it same
And I cant install it on local xampp server

no tray icon, you need an open browser and be in "waiting mode". Once a customer comes in you can get a sound played.
I installed mine on WampServer on win7.
You got to create a db, edit the config.php and run the install on the web.
