One of my team member is offering 50% discount on uber rides. So any idea from where can i get clients? Tried Facebook but very low response rate from there

You can probably make a lot of money from this with micro-targeted ads based in the areas you're looking for. Make sure you know what your doing before you invest in an advertising campaign, you could even find a pro and have them train you.

I recommend that you try different message boards, there are a lot of them all over the world, I think it will be much better than Facebook. Or ordinary spam on chats in telegrams or any other messenger, but it will come out more expensive

Someone mentioned Telegram/Facebook. This way of promoting a service is pretty much a numbers' game- send out 10,000 messages to these boards and get what, 10 clicks or so, 1 customer, etc. You can use MicroWorkers (which someone has mentioned here) to have people send out these 10s of thousands of messages in social/message groups for cheap, to convert to customers at a very low rate.

I remember an app that pinged phones locally. You could blast text this to specific areas using uber live data to determine where peak pricing is in effect.
Someone in webdev could probably script that for you.
