where to get cheap wildcard ssl???

Hey guys, not sure where can I get this certificate for cheap. I saw an offer for about $40 a year at ssl2buy, but t be hnest I don't know how trustworthy they are, and I do not see any alternatives in the marketplace...

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but to be honest, dunno where else to place it.

Free options? Could you elaborate? I cannot use Cloudflare or something like that, I am dealing with a whitelabel and they require specifically for "wildcard ssl", also they are in charge of the domain
 
+1 for let's encrypt. It also allows wildcard ssl afaik (never tried wildcard though).
 
I get mine from 123reg. 2 years for £183.99

If this for a client then make sure you're going with a reputable provider such as 123 reg. They'll want to be using it for a lot more than just protecting their websites.

For example I use my companies wildcard on not only the website, but all the internal servers that require certificate verification too, exchange, RDS, Application servers, RADIUS etc etc etc etc
 
And you can not just use cloud flare?

Thanks, but that seems far off the scope of what I am willing to pay, as mentioned this s gonna be for a white label, so to comply more than anything else

Wildcard certs are around that price point though. What do you actually need the wildcard cert for, if you're not using it for a tonne of sites/services/applications?

Yeah, so, the white-label I¿m working with now requires the certificate to allow transactions, actually Namecheap and the ite I mentioned on the original post have pretty good prices, so, is likely I'll try them
