i need to use bitcoin for a transaction, where is the easiest site to get an account where i can easily put it in my paypal

For PayPal only localbitcoins, there is also virwox but fees are crazy and you have 90 euro limit first month, so if your transaction is lower, you can use it
 
Is it bitcoin or any crypto,
Buying bitcoin usually has large transaction fee.
 
First you will need to create an account on localbitcoins and in that account you will get a wallet address to which you can request payment from the sender ..After that it will take half and hour or so for transaction confirmation.. After that you can search a buyer on locabitcoins who will accept bitcoin and will send you to your paypal.

Caution: paypal is very risky in bitcoin world. people are sending payments and after they receive bitcoin they chargeback in paypal.

There is no fast and easy way using PayPal to get BTC. Using a Credit Card is easier and faster! if you are from Europe, then try BTCdirect! if you are from the US then Coinbase is alright.
