Where to get app reskined?

Hello everyone
Hope everyone is well and safe!

I just got code for a app and want to get it reskin (pretty basic app) so that my Google play store account does not get banned.

I have few questions:
1 - Once my app is approved. Is it possible that in the near future Google to ban my account/app if they found I reskined the app later?

2 - Where to get my app skin (cheap?). I tried Upwork but I got over $500 reskin quote for a pretty basic app.

3 - Do you know any way to convert my Android code to iOS app?

Thanks a lot. Pretty new to mobile marketing and app development and this will be my first app launch.

Don't dive into app reskining without proper info.At the end of day you will gain nothing if you don't have proper details.

1)yes,it is common
2) template or process
3)you have to manually copy,edit and convert to swift code.

I just have one question. I am screening a guy with pretty good portfolio but I am not sure if he is trying to make fool of me.

I said I want him to reskin my app and he said okay.
I said I also want to get the code changed/reskin code and he said app store and play store does not care.

Can I get banned/get my app removed if I just reskin the design and not the code?

Absolutely,if not today,then surely tomorrow ban will come
 
If I encrypt the code, how will Google Play/ App Store find If I am using someone else's code?

Is it safe to do so? Will it prevent from banning?
 
For banned we dont know when, but positive think until you reach ROI . Ban will come

For source code dont and never use nulled source code maybe owner will check and take down your app. (my experience got suspended app cause nulled source code)

2017 I reskin app buy from codecanyon, and generated some profit here
2018 until now built own app from scratch with java vanilla XD (when create and read kotlin syntax this make me throw out the monitor :v )

What's the point then on buying templates on codecanyon if you can't use them at all?

I know its not the same buying a "flappy bird" game and just changing the color or button names before publishing than buying a "city guide" template and making an extensive and detailed app containing information about a city.

In both cases you could get banned with the same chance?
 
To be very honest with you ... I'm almost 5 yr as indie dev for GP and there are mostly trashy replicas of many old apps from 2011-2015 . And bizarre twist is that many original apps got banned or removed from store . Not because reskinning or lame replicas , mostly because many stupid rules and changes with GDPR/COPPA/ect . So in nutshell , nobody can be 4 sure what's gonna trigger banning/removing . Its became very blurry and shady , in my personal experience.


Its better to investigate first about polices and then see how competitors did . Buying just another reskinned app... you can do that anytime.
Do good research .

The main concern(s) about this topic / OP isn't in work/ outsourced-labors , its more in complying all stupid policies which GP and how to avoid ban/removal .
I feel more then ever working law-related stuff with my apps then real developing.

You can even use some mobile-builder platforms now , its very affordable these days , if you don't have enough knowledge about coding. In entertainment niche you can create fair low-quality apps and still pass all shit of GP policies.
