simple vcc that usually come from many indian sellers dont work for paypal verification , you account will get limited when you receive payment , best option is avs vcc that passes address verification system but costs more than a simple vcc

I need an AVS VCC
Ok with VCC will I have US bank account automatically. Namely, I need to pay to american resident through chase payment or moneygram.
So, I can not pay him unless I open accounts on chase or moneygram. and on chase they say that I can pay if we both have US bank account and at least one of us has chase. So, can I fill that VCC or chase with my moneybookers account?
can i get banned? because my Paypal and moneybookers are legal.

I do have Vcc where you can Recharge but you cannot recharge with any vcc you can pay me so i can fill it with money as you wanted

VCC's must have $2 on them to verify a PayPal at lincher no one will just give you a VCC for free, but you can take a quick survey for one.
