Where to get a US VCC for Adwords billing

I'm looking for a Virtual Credit Card service with less strict regulations and as cheap as possible. It would then be used for Adwords billing and to convince google that I am a citizen of the USA.


Anyone with experience of using such services?


for example entropay is free signup and a 5% cut from deposits which seems reasonable to me. however required documents are:


- A copy of a valid photo ID
- Proof of address
- A copy of both sides of all bank cards registered on your account


A copy of photo ID could be ok but the rest is rather f*cked up in my position Any way around this? Plz help!

you need REAL papers for entropay or they are not going to approve your account.
i did my account with all real papers. they even not allow .pdf or online documents.

I am living in India. Can I use entropay VCC or other VCC to start my AdWords? Will it really work in India?

Does that mean that you also have to use that same REAL address and name with the VCC?
