Where to get a couple easy backlinks?

I'm trying to rank a new video on Google and I'm just wondering if you guys have any suggestions on where I could easily get a couple backlinks, (paid or free).

I'm assuming it would be a bit better to get do-follows as well. What do you guys think?

do-follow backlinks works better, but before make sure you have choosen the proper keyword to rank for. And also there are lots of mess going on in SEO like mobile-friendly design, pbn, etc.

Start with some web 2.0s (answer for your quesiton) like wordpress, blogger,etc

So use the search option in bhw i think that will provide you good tutorials explaining everything you need
