Where to Flip a soon to be Authority site?

Basically I need to sell my site soon because I need money ASAP. I need to invest in a company I have been thinking up for the past 6 months.

Its getting around 200 visitors a day now. I just got a package for it basically to raise the serps on another keyword which will bring in tons of traffic.

Any advice where to sell it without being charged to post it on Flippa?

Its PR1

Its ranking 4 for a 27k Exact Match keyword
Ranks 5 for 2 other rather large exact matches
Ranks 7 for a 14k Exact match.

I know it will soon rank well for a 100k+ exact match keyword if I give it a couple days and if I must, grab another link package to boost it on up.

These will be easy to bring to one, but I am having paperwork made up for this other company where I pay a certain amount and he gets 6% of royalties. Its a great deal and I want to hop onto it quickly.

Any advice as to where I could sell this.

(DP is not a viable option for me nor is Flippa)

What vertical is the site in? I might be interested in taking it off your hands depending upon the site/revenue/etc.

Are you allowed to sell sites on BHW?

The site is only worth as much as it makes per month (times 5-10)
