Where to Find Traffic / Affiliates

I run a very niche dating site with about 8000 active members... any suggestions on where to find / recruit traffic partners or affiliates?

I could probably pay per signup if the traffic backs out. Currently the affiliate program pays out with a paid membership.

Contact any CPA affiliate network. They will be eager to help you!

(E-mail a few bigger ones and tell them you have a 8,000 member dating site and you're interested in promoting your services on their network.)
