The problem I find with passwording torrents is that after a couple of people have downloaded it and got the password it is normally posted in a comment so no one else will ever see your site.

Exactly that is why I distribute my offers as PDF files and bundle them together and make the CPA offer as a seperate PDF document interesting enough for people to fill out.
